Our Association is affiliated to the following two pensioners’ Organisations

All India UCO Bank Pensioners’ Federation (AIBPF)

Our Federation was formed in January 2011 sponsored by AIUCOF. Since then the membership has grown to more than 5,500 as on June 2016 all over India. Sixteen State Units are affiliated to the Federation.

It is only due to the effort of the All India Federation that the Pension of Retirees in our bank was brought under CBS Due to this pensions are credited on the last working day of the month without fail. Federation has been taking up issues of our members with Head office (PSD) on a regular basis. Federation is also taking up issues with Management during the half yearly Grievances Meetings held at Head Office. Several issues have been sorted out regarding pension fixation, commutation, restoration of commutation after 15 years of service etc.,

Our Federation has entered into an agreement with United India Insurance Company for a group Insurance Scheme for Rs 3.00 Lakhs at a nominal cost. This is over and above the common IBA Scheme of Medical Insurance for Banks. Meanwhile IBA has allotted M/s Heritage Health TPA for our Bank. Many of our members all over India have been experiencing problems regarding the settlement of hosptalisation claims. Our Federation has taken up the matter with our Head Office and also the Insurance Company.

ALL INDIA BANK PENSIONERS’ AND RETIREES’ CONFEDERATION (AIBPARC)

Confederation was formed on 17th March 2012 under the aegis of AIBOC. Federations of all Banks weather of Officer Cadre or Award staff are its affiliates. It is now an independent organisation which will discuss, debate, deliberate and decide its own problems and find out the ways and means to sort out the issues. Its door is open to all cadres of employees, officers and executives of the Banking Sector.

AIBPARC has been able to set up a nationwide footprint and also has given hope to the retirees that this organisation can take up issues of retirees’ in a proper and systematic manner.

Several issues are pending settlement. AIBPARC is alive to the issues and have been systematically taking up the matter with IBA and the government of India. Time is of essence as many of members have already crossed 75 years of age. They are:
